Chapter 20: Positive Engergy 正能量

最近几年，“正能量”是在中国的媒体、网络上常常出现的一个词儿。所谓的“正能量”，就是积极[3] 向上、正面[4] 乐观[5] 的动力[6] 和情感[7] 。现在媒体把所有给人力量，让人感动[8] 的事情都贴[9] 上“正能量”的标签。比方说，国庆节期间，海外留学生与国旗[10] 合影[11] ，写下祝福[12] 祖国[13] 的话；大学生拾金不昧[14] ，把在公交车上捡[15] 到的钱包还给失主[16] ；环卫工人[17] 收养[18] 被遗弃[19] 的婴儿等等。

但前不久，央视[20] 的一条“正能量”微博报道却受到了人们的质疑[21] 。今年夏天，武汉[22] 发生水灾[23] ，很多地方都被淹[24] 了。武汉政府出动[25] 军队[26] 救灾[27] 。央视的微博这样描述士兵[28] 救灾的情形[29] ：“在大雨里，他们不穿雨衣；[30] 为了运[31] 沙袋[32] ，他们浑身[33] 是泥，里外湿透[34] ；六十斤[35] 的沙袋，每个人扛[36] 三百个；雨水加馒头，就是他们的食物……”。很多人看到这条微博的反应是：“政府每年投入那么多军费[37] ，为什么救灾设备还这么差？让救灾的士兵吃雨水馒头，怎么可以这样对待[38] 我们的英雄……”[39] 最后，在网友[40] 激烈的批评下，央视删掉[41] 了这条“正能量”微博。
