My piece is a play on the title of Clarice’s “Agua Viva”. It is a series of interlaced facts about the medusa and corresponding passages in Agua Viva that I believe embody the qualities of this phenomenal creature.
I am a first year PhD student in the Comparative Literature department at Princeton. I am originally from Tijuana, Mexico. My interests include psychoanalysis, poetry and poetics, and gender and race studies.
