Project Description<\/h3>\n

Fabrication Process<\/h3>\n

I will bind seven plys of maple veneers using wood glue to create an uncut version of the board. The board should sit inside the form press for 24-48 hours to give it the nose and tail curves. After this, I will use the CNC router to cut the board into its proper, rounded shape. Finally, once the board is formed correctly, I will sand it smooth and apply danish oil to finish the outer layers.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
