As a planet, we are desperately in need of finding renewable energy sources, and wind is a great alternative to fossil fuels. We took inspiration from existing designs for blades, because if it worked for others, it can definitely work for us. The hardest part was constructing our blade and stand to perfectly match the dimensions of the motor we had purchased. After we created the sketches on Fusion360, we triple checked they were sized properly and the pieces were printed. Luis assembled the stand with the blades and mounted the motor as well.
