Once the motor has been delivered and relevant measurements have been taken, I will modify the fan backing slightly in order to better accommodate the actual dimensions of the motor. I will then 3d print all parts from PLA plastic, based on the ideal settings found from earlier calibration and tolerance testing of the printer. This is important to ensure that all screws and threads print correctly and are functional. I plan on printing several fan blades in order to experiment and optimize the design.The motor will be purchased from amazon, along with an Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) and adapter.
