Experiment with giving kids rewards from drawing: how does one most effectively sharpen skills? Giving kids a reward for good drawings has a surprising result in that they are not motivated to work more as compared to the kids who do not get the reward<\/p>\n

Not trying to idealize the life of a mechanic, but encourages reader to follow passion<\/p>\n

Issue of full engagement: the right place to be is where you’re enjoying it most<\/p>\n
