The Keller Center is pleased to welcome to the Princeton campus Isabel Boswell and Ron Shah of Stripes Group
, a growth equity firm that makes $10-100 million investments in Internet, Software, Healthcare IT and Branded Consumer Products businesses.
Isabel and Ron will talk about venture capital, growth equity, as well as share insights on the types of startup companies VCs tend to favor. Stripes Group also offers summer internships, so come with questions if you are interested in a position next summer.

Isabel is focused on recruiting, assessing and finding key hires for Stripes portfolio companies. She works with the executive teams and board members to find talent who can fill out their teams and make an immediate impact. Prior to joining Stripes Group, Isabel was an Account Executive for IT Recruitment at Hudson Highland Group. Previously she worked for a private family in Melbourne, Australia as a Personal Assistant and Private Chef.
Isabel has always had a passion for travel, cooking, anything outdoors and athletic. She's very involved with The Foundation For Tomorrow, a non-profit that provides scholarships for African orphans in their home countries.
Isabel holds a BA in Economics and minored in International Studies at Colorado College. She also holds a Certificate in the Culinary Arts from Boston University.
Ron is focused on sourcing, executing, and supporting a number of Stripes Group's technology, software and internet investments while also managing the firm's direct sourcing efforts. He also contributes strategy and business development expertise to a broader group of our portfolio companies.He is currently most actively involved with Stripes Group partners Kareo, Netbiscuits, eMarketer, Elance, MyWebGrocer, Art.com, Folica and SilverSky.
Ron was born in Boston, grew up in Hawaii and now lives in Brooklyn with his wife and their French bulldog. He enjoys running, racquetball, photography and film. An avid traveler, he's visited over 30 countries, including studying in 3 while in college.
Ron holds a BA in Philosophy from Duke University, magna cum laude.
