CALLING ALL SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS!

Come out for lunch and learn about Fundación Progreso, a non-profit organization whose mission is to impulse innovative social, community building driven impact with the aim of fighting against poverty and inequality. Founder and President of Board of Directors Daniel Andrade will give an overview of the organization and discuss opportunities for the summer of 2014.

Fundación Progreso seeks to channel multi-sector skills and capabilities to the nonprofit and development sector in order to advance innovative programs and initiatives to development challenges. With these skills, matched with drive and vocation, the foundation aspires to contribute real impact to the lives of many.

In the summer of 2013, the Keller Center began its partnership with Fundación Progreso to connect students with valuable and enriching internship experiences at the foundation's headquarters in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The Keller Center seeks to continue this partnership and hopes to place more students in internships for the summer of 2014!

As part of the Keller Center Internship Programs, we are hosting a series of information sessions throughout the fall for students interested in learning more about internship opportunities for summer 2014. At these sessions, students will be given a brief overview of each of the Keller Center internship programs including:

Student interns from the previous summer will share their experiences and be available to answer your questions. Students interested in opportunities for summer 2014 are also encouraged to read web testimonials from last summer's interns. Check each program's webpage (Ruhr Fellows are listed on the Preparing to Lead page) and click the "Students" or "Participants" tab to read their stories.
