Some consider him a professional dilettante, others call him mean names, and others occasionally listen to him or ask him hard questions. The last group includes organizations like:
Google, Microsoft, FBI, CIA, MIT, Stanford Business School, Nielsen, Time Inc., Princeton University, FOO Camp, Supernova, and others you'd recognize from the 33+ countries where The 4-Hour Workweek has been sold.
Not to be confused with the NY Times bestselling astronomer Timothy Ferris, Timothy Ferriss (double "s" for extra sass) is the author of the #1 New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Businessweek bestseller, The 4-Hour Workweek. He is also a/an:
-Guinness world record holder in Argentine tango.
-Guest lecturer at Princeton University in electrical engineering (high-tech entrepreneurship).
-Former Chinese kickboxing national champion at 165 lbs.
-Angel investor in Silicon Valley, specializing in consumer web and anything that overlaps with his UI, direct response, or PR/media capabilities.
-Voracious eater and enthusiastic wine drinker.
Tim has been featured by more than 100 media outlets worldwide, including The Economist, TIME, The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Wired, NBC, and CBS.
